Our Mission

To cultivate the experience of yoga both on and off the mat through classes, workshops, partnerships, and retreats.

Our Name

New

Old is the new new! No more boxed in studios, we come to you. Our aim is to help you set a new intention of connection, balance and bliss. We are sharing yoga with everyone, everywhere.

Now

Why Now? “Atha yoga anushasanam.” Now, the teachings of yoga. -Yoga Sutra 1.1
“Atha” (pronounced AH-tah)- NOW- is a call to action. You are ready, now. Now invokes the reminder to awaken to the bliss of the ever-present reality that lives between each thought: the present moment, your miraculous life.

erin lambright

Erin Lambright is a seasoned and highly respected yoga and meditation teacher who has been teaching in the Savannah area for over five years. With a background in gymnastics and dance, yoga was an easy transition. Yoga also fits perfectly with her UGA degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Though Erin has taught multiple styles of yoga from hot and sweaty power yoga to therapeutic yoga for illness and injury, she is most at home teaching a slow, steady, challenging flow. She has seen this modality give her students time to gain confidence and ease in their practice.
