We offer most of our in-studio classes live streamed online through Zoom.

Notes For At Home Classes:

  1. Sign up for a class on our MindBody software.

  2. Download the Zoom Meeting App to your phone or computer, as soon as you sign up for class - it's free!

  3. The Zoom link arrives in your registration confirmation email/text.

  4. Be sure to check your promotions and spam folders if you don't see it.

  5. If you do not receive the Meeting ID/Password please call NYN and we will assist you.
